"DO NOT BUY ON THEIR WEBSITE"
DO NOT BUY ON THEIR WEBSITE.
I bought a lot of pieces. Returned only one with their authorization and instructions. Payed shipping to Netherlands. Then they disappeared, no answer after 2 months of emails. Fortunately paypal exist. And at least I got the cost of the piece back. Of course shipping is lost. Worst service ever. Dont buy from them if you will have problem you wont find a solution.

"Do not buy anything direct - Ever!"
Highly recommend people steer clear of purchasing anything directly from Supreme. I had to pay for a return and had to wait weeks for a refund. Their customer support couldn't care less, they are extremely rude, non supportive and unresponsive. Clearly the "coolness" of their brand comes at a price.

"I ordered the 3 tonal skate decks"
I ordered the 3 tonal skate decks in Week 1 of S/S 2023. I placed the order in about 30 seconds of the drop so I know I was one of the first. 2 of the 3 colors sat on the site so I know Stock was available. The order was delayed for several weeks and I reached out to follow up. I’d get very cold one sentence responses that didn’t detail anything, and then when I tried to resolve it in good faith I got flat out ignored on multiple requests. It wasn’t until I told them I’m filing a dispute claim with my bank that they got back to me. I figured that would get their attention. This mess took me 2 months and still cost me money due to the USD to CAD conversion at the time. Absolutely terrible and unprofessional customer service that’s killing the brand.

"So many bad reviews.."
So many bad reviews... Strange because everything was OK to me. I ordered some pieces of underwear and everything arrived on time and packaging was well. I think I'll keep buying in here

"No response from customer service"
I bought a tee that ripped two holes on the first day of wearing it duo to poor quality.
I wrote them and they send me a return label. It’s now been almost a month, and they’ve haven’t refunded or send or new one which they promised. I’ve tried to reach out to them on email three times without any response.

"1st place winner of the worse customer service online"
I bought an expensive jumper over Christmas and it didn’t fit so I returned it on the next day. It’s been 3 months and I’m still chasing them for a refund. This is extremely frustrating experience. I’m never going to buy anything from them again - Supreme brand is dead anyway. This is it!

"This company is a joke"
This company is a joke. The online shopping experience is extremelly poor and makes almost impossible to return any item. The customer support does not care at all. I won't ever buy again any Supreme item again.

"Nightmare to return or exchange…"
Nightmare to return or exchange something. Will never buy from them again online. The customer service could not be less friendly. They did not even bother giving me advice how to exchange. So will just do their arduous return and not buy from them again.

"Poor customer service"
Poor customer service. No human response. Ordered $300 worth of product. Tracked it all the way to my local post office to be delivered the next day. Then it suddenly it was returned to Supreme. No reasoning, no human response to my emails (at least six of them). Now the items are no longer available. Very BAD BUSINESS Supreme. This one really hurt.

"Faulty item and I’m expected to find the delivery and return costs!"
Ordered a hat and when the item arrived I found the supreme badge on the front was not sewn on straight. Contacted customer service for a refund including original and return postage due to it being faulty. They asked for a picture which I sent and them told me I can return (at my own cost) for a refund. I’ve asked for a refund of the postage and they’ve said it’s not a factory fault. Not sure what world they live in but if the badge isn’t sewn on straight then how is it not a factory fault! AVOID!

I see so many bad reviews that I was sceptical but decided to give it a go anyway, I ordered the 4 pack socks and a cap and surprisingly all came perfect within 5 days . very happy with the result

"Item never arrived. Supreme have robbed me of £133"
2 times I’ve ordered from supreme and UPS have not delivered my parcel and lost it. I was refunded the first time however this second time ups have told supreme it was succefully delivered even though it was meant to be signed for and no picture was left for proof and wasn’t left on my property. Supreme aren’t being helpful and are telling me it’s been delivered so I have literally been robbed of £133 due to this. I am a loyal supreme customer however every time I order I have issues. I ordered a hat a couple weeks ago too and nobody was home I got an email saying it had been delivered. I got home and it was jsut sat on my front doorstep for anyone to take. Really angry due to losing out on my £133 if I don’t get anywhere with supreme I’m taking it to small claims court which is annoying to have to do. This has been ongoing since 21/12/22

THEY MUST BE MAKING THOUSANDS OFF PEOPLE WHO DONT RECEIVE THEIR GOODS?? BASED ON REVIEWS I'VE READ. TERRIBLE
